School Supplies Worksheet (Re-Post)

How much do you love that New Pencil Smell?

It’s time to buy school supplies.  This year, five kids are in public school, and we have a boat load of pencils to buy. We were forced to get organized, so we made a School Supplies Worksheet.

Get Organized

With so many lists, we have to consolidate school supplies in order to make the trip to the store (or online) as painless as possible.

  1. Print out your various school supply lists.
  2. Fill in your modified School Supply Worksheet (a printable is available below).
  3. Order/Buy supplies.
  4. Mark the School Supply Worksheet BOUGHT in one color.
  5. Mark the School Supply Worksheet PACKED in a different color.

Last year, my husband used this list to buy what he could online.  He took the time to shop for the best deals, and got most of the supplies the kids needed.  We simply went to the store for the rest.

A check out clerk noticed the mountain of supplies in my basket, and asked if I was a teacher.  I had to chuckle, “Something like that!”

Don’t forget about printing labels for school forms (to make filling out forms less painful) when you shop for school supplies!
